The design narrative revolved around creating a sense of "soft indulgence." A defining feature of the space is the introduction of elegant arches, which lend the parlour a timeless aesthetic while also shaping intimate pockets of space throughout. This strategic use of architectural elements fosters a welcoming and personal atmosphere for clients.

Parlour is a calm, tightly resolved space where refined materiality, controlled geometry and purposeful planning transformed a compact commercial unit into a contemporary beauty parlour. A functional urban retreat, quietly layered with considered details. Strength is drawn from the site’s inherent virtues, turning constraints into features and making the most of what already exists.

Natural tones and materials anchor the scheme. From exposed plaster walls to a curated selection of tactile finishes, the palette creates warmth without overpowering the small footprint. This balance was developed closely with the client, building a coherent materials library that aligns seamlessly with their brand ethos and elevates the overall experience of the space.
